Alan Reynolds CEO of Fegime UK has recently been accepted as a Liveryman for The Worshipful Company of Lightmongers at a ceremonial dinner in London. This follows on from the recent Freedom of the City of London awarded to Alan in August. The Worshipful Company of Lightmongers focusses on service to the Electrical Industry, Charity Work and the Promotion of Education.
With over 30 years in the Electrical Industry starting as an Electrician when he left school, 20 years as a trustee of "The Twelve Electric" a charity organisation based in Kent raising money for the Industry Charity and local charities and as one of the EDA Ambassadors promoting their Learning and Development Schemes and Apprenticeships Alan has served all the relevant criteria for many years.
After the Court Dinner Alan said "this is a very proud moment for me, I never really thought about it as I went through my career, just doing what I thought was correct. However I cannot over emphasise the need for Training and Education as we see new technology changing so quickly. The charity Group I belong to also is very important to me, as it is for the industry I have worked in all my life and also for local charities to where I was born".
